What is the actual meaning of Yoga

The word Yoga is most popular now a days in whole world. In Sanskrit, Yoga is called as Yog, which is the correct pronunciation. The name Yoga is given by Western practitioners when Yog reached to western countries. In western countries and other countries in the world  considers it as a only exercise to stay fitt. Even in India, modern Indians don't know what is the meaning of yog and they also consider it just an excercise to live a healthy life.
Practicing Yog regularly, one can achieve the physical as well as Spirituality. Main objective of Yog is to achieve Spiritual upliftment. As we know that a healthy body have a healthy mind. Similarly, Yog started to make body healthy and automatically mind becomes healthy. A healthy mind brings Spritual development in that person.
In ancient text, It is defined as addition of something is called Yog and Separation of Something are called Viyog. The Spritual meaning of Yog is that the soul of living creatures alway want to get add with supreme soul. Another meaning of Yog is to wake up inactive Kundalin and to get add into Shashrar Chakra to see Brahma Darshan.
There is various kind of Yog in Hindu text and all describes well. But modern Indians are not aware of it. They only know that YOG means Pranayam (also known as breathing excercise), Asanas ( Various posture),  Dhyan ( Meditation). In Shri Madd Bhagwat Gita, there is 18 lessons and each and every lesson teaches a different kind of YOG. Title of Some of lessons are Sankhya Yog which is also known as Gyan Yog, Karm sanyash yog, Akshar Brahma yog, Bhakti yog etc. In other text also, various kind of Yog are mentioned like Naadanushandhan Yog, Mantra Yog and Tantra Yog.
Peoples only know about Ashtang Yog or Hath Yog. Ashtang Yog is not initiated by Patanjali but it is complied by Patanjali in later stage. In ashtang yog means eight parts of Yog is a works of compilation by Maharishi Patanjali. Eight part of Yog are Yam, Niyam, Asan, Pranayam, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyan and Samadhi. There is also sub part of Ashtang Yog.

Why out cast marriages were not allowed in Hinduism?

As we know that there is Casteism in Hinduism. Group of Hindu peoples are divided into four cast (Varnas). You know those Varnas are Brahmin, Kshatriya, Shudra aur Vaisya. In Hinduism, one cast person could not do marriage with other cast person in ancient times. Those ancient peoples of India were well known about the Genetics and inter mixing of qualities. They knew that if two good qualities of characters (Genes) are mixed, then a better quality is gained. Which is good for development of society. If one bad quality and a good quality get mixed, then it may be dangerous for society. Because new born quality may be harmful for society.
In Mahabharata, during the starting of war, one reason Arjun was saying to Lord Krishna not to fight this war. The reason was that if Arjun defeat Kauravas by killing Kaurava warriors. Then thier widow wife may give birth to Varna sankoor child after having sex with other cast person. For example, a person with good intellectual and bad behaviour is not good for society. I can suggest a such kind of person from mythology. That was Ravan, he was the son of Rishi Durvasa and Demoness Nikasha. From them, Demon King Ravan was born. Ravan had having great intellectual but his behaviour and quality was like a demon.
In mahabharat also, there is a story of intermixing of two different qualities. That story is of Ghatotkach. He was the son of Bhim and Hidimba. Bhima was a human being and Hidimba was a Demoness. But due to some reason, they both get married and Ghatotkach was born. Ghatotkach was half human being and half demon. He was having human behaviour and having strength and power like a demon.
Therefore, the probability of birth of a varn sankoor child may or may not be harmful for society. But maximum probability of a varna sankoor is on side of destruction of society. Hence in Hinduism, it was not allowed.

What is Upvasa (Fasting) and what are the advantages of it?

In Hindu religion, Doing fasting is a very significant. Fasting is also occurs in other religions like Jain, Buddhism and even in Islam. Question is why fasting is performed and what are the significance of it. In Hindi and Sanskrit, fasting is called as "UPVAASA". Actual meaning of UPVASA means second type of living. First type of living is as we live life normally like eating, sleeping and doing social activity. In second type of living means living near to self and identifying self. Another way we can living near to almighty. If we say, bringing changes in daily routine is called UPVASA. UPVASA doesn't mean only fasting or avoiding food to eat. It means bringing changes in normal routine work.
For example, as we work daily in offices or factory and take a leave on Sunday for relaxation and regain our energy. Similarly, Ancient sages and saints were so intelligent that they knew, human body needs relaxation after a continual work for better health. Hence, they advised society to do this and for spiritual development, they connect this to god. Therefore people started to please God and fulfillment of there wishes. Peoples gained spiritual upliftment and remain healthy. In Ayurveda, it is advised to do fasting once in a week for living healthy.
The doctors and bio students must know that some part of glucose from digested food get stored in liver in forms of Glycogen for further utilization. When the human body will not get food in time, then for proper functioning of human body, Glycogen stored in liver again get converted to Glucose and utilized. Due to this human body become healthy. Such types of process can be seen in animals and other living thing in another form.
Now a days, people don't understand significance of fasting. They eat more than required quantity. Due to this, peoples suffers lots of diseases like diabetes, obesity and over weight. Even daily they eat lots of fast foods, which are not healthy. If they feed on fast food, so they should do fasting once in a week. On eating fast food, digestive system of human body do hard work to digest fast food and it take much time to digest. Hence by doing fasting, digestive system get relaxation and regain it functional activity.
Basically there is two types of fasting called as 1) Kastha and 2) Nistha .
In Kastha fasting, Strictly food is not eaten from first day sun rise to second day sun rise. In Nistha fasting, Food is not eaten during day time but fruits and cow milk is allowed to eat after sun set. Fruit is used to eat after sunset because fruit is easily digestible.
As I said above that UPVASA meaning is not only to stop eating food for a day here. UPVASA means to controlled anything that you do daily. Another name of UPVASA (Fasting) mean VRATA, some people in Hinduism do Nirjala ekdasi, in which they don't drink water for that day. Not drinking water, for that day, digestion as well as activity of Urine system get relaxed and the functionality of this system increases. During performing of such UPVAASA or VRATA, there is the condition not perform any physical activity and not to go out from home to get exposed to strong sun rays. Another example is MOUN VRATA, in which the person not speaks out or talk with any person. We must know that by talking, we losses lots of energy. So in Hinduism, people performs MOUN VRATA, to control their energy losses. Mahatma Gandhi was also doing MOUN VRATA once in a week.

Why is it mandatory to worship Lord Ganesh during initiation of any other worship in Hinduism?

In Hinduism, there are five prime god called as panch dev (Five god). The name of those five gods are Lord Vishnu, Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesh, Lord Surya (Sun) and the godess Durga. Among these five gods, Lord Ganesh have their own significance. Lord Ganesh is considered as first worship able before the worship of any other God or Godess. Hence Lord Ganesh is called as "Pratham Pujan". Meaning of Ganesh name is chief of the group or leader of the group. If we try to understand that the mind (Mann) controls the body.  Body is the group and mind is the leader of whole body. Hence it can be said that the Lord Ganesh is the god of mind or mental powers.
In ashtang yog (eight part yog), yogi concentrate on different spiritual wheels, which are present in human body to increase the power and to achieve spiritual upliftment. There are seven spiritual wheels in human body. Those are Mool dhara chahta, Swadhisthan chakra, Manipur chakra , Anahad chakra , Vishudh chakra , Aagya chakra. Among these chakra, Aagya chakra is most significant chakra because it controls other chakra. As I said that Lord Ganesh is the god of mental power. Hence, for concentration and feeling during Pooja, Lord Ganesh is worshipped first. In any Pooja, without concentration and feeling, it is considered that there is no advantages or achievement by performing any worship.
Ashtang yogis practice to concentrate on third eye (Aagya chakra). It is nothing but a kind of worship to Lord Ganesh. Lord Shiva and even Goddess Parvati having third eye means they have Lord Ganesh as their son. According to puranas, Lord Ganesh have not born as per Brahma created nature or sexually. Lord Ganesh has been born through psychic energy of Godess Parvati. Lord Shiva alway practices shambhavi mudra mean practicing concentration on third eye. Hence Lord Shiva has complete control over the third eye and called as Shambhoo.

What is the meaning of Bali ritual (Sacrifice ritual) in Hinduism?

In various Hindu text like Vedas and Puranas, Bali ritual was there, Bali ritual means Animal sacrifices. During Aagya, animals were beheaded and given up in Yagya Kinda to satisfy Gods of heaven. Whatever are written in Vedas are kind of sign language. Bali (Sacrifice) doesn't mean to be headed the animal and give up in Yagya. Here are the some proof that , which indicate what is the exact meaning of Bali.
In Vishnu puran, it is heard that there was a Demon King name Maharaj Bali, who on the basis of his power, conquered the heaven of God Indra.
Maharaj Bali was great Beneficent or donor. It is said that no one was returned empty handed from his door step. Because of Beneficent nature and religiously active, he was called as Bali. Bali means who can give up his everything to any needy person.
In vedic rituals, there is nothing to kill any animals. But feed animal during Yagya. In tantrik rituals only, animals were beheaded for eating thier meat. On hearing, various types of Bali ritual comes to hear like Pashoo Bali (Animal Sacrifiece), Matsya Bali (Fish Sacrifiece) and Manav Bali (Human Sacrifiece). If I say directly meaning of Bali (Sacrifiece), who give up his favorite things and Sacrifiece own desire is called Bali. Pashu Bali means feeding to animals, Matsya Bali mean feeding to Fishes, Manav Bali means feeding to Human.
Another thing, in vammarg tantra, tantrik used to beheaded  animal infront of Goddess. It's a cruelty that is necessary to perform in Vammarg tantra. The tantra practitioner losses heavy amount of protein by practicing tantrik sadhanas. Hence they use to eat animal eat and for deep meditation, they drink alcohols. But in vedic rituals, cruel Sacrifiece of any living being is not allowed.

Why saint and Sages of Hinduism eat dinner before the sunset ?

You must have known about Yogis, Saints and Sages. But very few peoples know that Saint and Sadhus complete their dinner before sunset. You must be thinking that why they do like this. Is there any scientific reason behind this?. Ya, there is many scientific proof to explain it. The reason behind this is darkness. In ancient time, there was no electric city, and not having sufficient source for lighting. Hence people used to complete their major part of work before sunset and sleep early. Not only dinner, there is other works also, which were not allowed to perform at night. In puranas and upanishads, major and critical works are refused to do at night like cooking, eating,  shaving, cutting nails, running, climbing on tree, collecting flower from tree and collecting wood.
Cooking of food was also not allowed at night because during cooking, there was possibilty that night creatures or insects may fall in cooked food and it may cause unhealthy for human being. For same reason, eating food at night was not allowed due to improper visibility. Cutting nail was not allowed at night because during cutting of nail, one may harm himself by cutter.
Collecting flower from tree is dangerous because of improper visibility and presence of poisonous snake or insect on branches of flowering plant may bite any one.
One more reason is there for completing dinner before sunset. As per Ayurveda principal. There should be two hour gap between dinner and bed time. Many peoples suffers from constipation, gas, acidity and indigestion because of peoples complete their dinner and soon they go to bed. Due to this, peoples also suffers from overweight and  obesity. But in modern age, everywhere electricity is available. So we can eat at night but should have maximum 2 hour gap between dinner and sleep. Also western peoples accept that after taking dinner one must walk for some distance better digestion. Thank You

Why Soap should not be used daily during bath

In modern India, I think 80% of population use Soap daily during taking bath. Using soap daily during bath, it harms the skin . If they don't use soap daily then they don't feel freshness, they say. In summer season, many peoples says that they feel very hot even under the fan and they go for Air conditioning system. Even they can't tolerate to direct sunlight. Practically, I have observed that the farmer or village people work under the direct sunlight for whole day. And in cities, people work in offices lost their ability to stand on sunlight even for 15 minutes. I found the difference between these two type peoples that village peoples don't use soap daily and city peoples use soap daily during bath.
By using daily soap, sweat gland and  sebaceous gland pore become wide. Similarly, as the stomata of leaf become wide and losses water very fast. Due to this, the rate of perspiration increases and water level in body decreases and a man feel thirsty very soon and feels very hot. On Losing water by increasing rate of perspiration, body can't maintain normal temperature. Hence they can't tolerate more temperature.
Due to widening of sebaceous gland, which secret oil and keep skin moist naturally. They remove this secreted oil by using soap daily. Hence the city peoples look more fair than the village peoples. For protecting from sunlight, city peoples use sunscreen lotion to protect their skin from sun rays.
But in villages and Hindu religion, there was tradition to self massage of body by some oil like coconut oil or mustard oil, this is called Tailanga . By massaging oil daily on human body, a  person feels relaxation and physically active. Even today, my father used to massage his body with oil himself. He had learnt it from our forefather and he can work under the sunlight in summer for long hour.
Another research says that the uses of soap, perfume and deodorant prevent the effectiveness of pherohormans. Pherohormans is a biological chemical which is screated from male insects to attract female intracts. This is a kind of biological signal to female insect for mating. Similarly, on the basis of scientific research, it is found true and the secretion of Pherohorman is found in maximum creatures, even in Human body. Daily using of soap, prevents the Pherohorman secretion and decreases it's effect.

Why Holi festival is celebrated in Hinduism and what is the scientific reason?

Holi is a big festival of India, and it is celebrated every year in month of Falgoon
(February to March) of Hindu month. It is known to every one that Holi is celebrated after the death of Holikaa. Holikaa was the sister of Hiranakshya the evil king. Who was blessed from brahma that she can't be burn in fire. When she tried to kill Prahlaad the great devotee of Lord Vishnu and the son of her brother Hiranakshya. She was burnt herself because of evil thought about Devotee Prahlaad and to kill her. After the death of Holikaa, Holi is celebrated by merging colour to each other. All these are external meaning of Holi festivals. It can be said that behind the festival of Holi. There is various scientific and spiritual reasons. Very few peoples know that Holi is not just celebrated only with chemical colours. It is enjoyed by merging colour and mud to each other.
Here is the scientific reason for celebrating Holi. As we know that Holi is celebrated in March, Which is the first month of summer season. In Hindi, Holi is also depicted as Fagu festival means the Festival of Hindu month Falgoon. In this month, lots of flower are observed on tree  and these flowers are collected to prepare natural colour. In these natural colours, lots of healing medicines are found which make skin to glow and prevent skin diseases. Before merging colour, peoples used to play with mud. These muds make skin smooth, which was dried up during winter season and open ups the pores of sweat gland and sebaceous gland. Then peoples use to play with fagoo (Colour prepared by natural flower). These medicinal colour penetrates internal part of skin and prevents harmful particals. This medicinal treatment also protect from Sunstroke during summer season and regulate the rate of perspiration etc.
Youngness and beauty will not persist for long time in human life. And the peoples who have ego on their beauty and smartness, they must know that time and age cannot be stopped. The time will pass on day by day. Celebration of holi gives message to peoples to see there face in Holi. With coloured face, one can realizes that her beauty will not be forever and his human body will also not be forever, death of human body is true. Therefore  they experience divinity and achieves spiritual upliftment. They get to know the reality of life. Holi make every one Happy and says to laugh and enjoy the life of every moment and serve God under his feet. In reality, that almighty is only having beauty. Many time it is called in Sanskrit that Satyam Shivam sundaram means truth is God and God is beautiful (God is only truth and God is only beautiful) Nothing is beautiful than that almighty.
There is a example found in Shrimad Bhagwat Puran, in which it is mentioned that Gopis (Ladies of Gopal community in Vrundavan) had ego for being beautiful and they were thinking that nothing is beautiful than them. Lord Krishna is incarnated and destroy the egoness of Gopis. All Gopis were strongly attracted toward Lord Krishna because of his beautiful and gorgeous incarnation. Lord Krishna played Holi with Gopis and destroy their ego and divert then to devotion.

Why castism is there in Hinduism

In Hinduism cast system can be observed , which is well known as Varna Bevastha (Cast System) in Sanskrit. In ancient time, such a system was created for suitability of society and to help each other. Varna Bevastha is nothing but the allocation of some dedicated work to a selected group of people as per their expertise. Basically 4 varna mean communities are seen. Those are Brahmin, Kshatriya, Shudra and Vaisya. All four varnas are most important parts of society like the four pillar of any house.   Responsibility of Society cant be put on a single community (Varna) people. As we to build house on a single pillar. Among these four varnas Brahimins are most respectful varna (Community) than all other varna or community. One question will be raised in mind that "what is the meaning of Brahmin". Brahmin is sanskrit word which mean the person who follow Brahma (Soul). Another way this varna people are called Brahmin due to Lord Brahma who has created this whole universe. It is consider that the Brahmins are born from the head of lord Brahma. In society, Brahmins were most respectful because of there knowledge. They were teachers in society, they were advising peoples about everything like what is good and what bad.
The second highest varna (Cast) is kshatriya. It is like Kshatra (Region) and triya (Protector), Kshatriya means the cast who protects there mother land from external enemies. Kshatriya are warrior and they practice the techniques to fight with opponents. Kshatriya protect other varna people. Mostly Kshatriya were king. It is considered that Kshatriya are born from the Chest of Lord Brahma. It was called as second pillar of ancient Arya society. They were allowed to perform cruel activities like hunting.
The third varna is Vaisya, these peoples were less educated and for their living hood. They were doing farming, rearing animals and doing business. Vaisya mean the peoples who perform low quality works. They also were working as servant for king and rich peoples. Vaisya means who sold their service for money. Another meaning of Vaisya is whose grade is low and having uncontrolled desires. This varna is considered that born from the thigh part of Lord Brahma. It can be called as third pillar of ancient Hindu society.
The fourth varna is shudra, and it is last varna and fourth pillar of ancient Hindu society. Shudra or Kshudra means small whose living standards are very poor and not accepted in the society. Such kind of peoples are called Shudra. Whose mentallity and living standard quality is small or lower than the social standard. Shudra varna peoples are uneducated, speak bad language and behave unlawful. They live life with meat, alcohol and sex as they desire. They didn't have control on their desires. They were not involve in spiritual activity. They were doing business of skin.
Varna arrangement were depending on the quality of people in society. It was not being transfered from father to son and from son to grand son. Suppose a person is brahmin having good knowledge about vedas, puranas, spiritual, Ayurveda, astrology and science.   The son of that person having the quality of shudra and live life with alcohol and meat can't be said as brahmin. Similarly a person is shudra and his son has good practice over the vedas, shastra, upanishads and vyakaran. Then his son is deserve to be called as brahmin.
In Hindu puranas, there are many examples, where peoples have changed their Varnas. Like Brahmrishi Vishwamitra,  before becoming a Brahmrishi, Vishwamitra was a King means Kshatriya. After gaining knowledge, he became Brahmin and depicted as Brahmrishi. Another example is found in Ramayan, in which Maharishi Valmiki was also an shudra, whose work was to do stealing and dacoiting. After getting knowledge by hard penance, he became Rishi Valmiki and composed Ramayana. In olden days Casteism doesn't passes from generation to generation for a family. But it was the division according to thier quality of work and professionalism. We should understand that as a doctor cann't work in place of a engineer and an engineer can't work in place of advocate and an advocate cann't work in place of Barbara. As in modern days, we have divided the professionalism as per thier achieve knowledge. Similarly, these four Varnas were divided as per their achieve knowledge and behaviour. As it is not necessary that the son of a doctor should accept the profession of doctor and he might become a engineer. Similarly, in ancient time, it was not necessary that the son of Brahmin will be a brahmin. As time passes, Brahmin father transfer his knowledge to his son and a Kshatriya transfer his knowledge to his son. This process was continue further and it become limited to particular family and relative. In later stage, it was misunderstood. Thank you

What is the diffence between Bhagwan, Ishwar and Parmeshwar

In Hinduism, some time large number of people get confused on words like Bhagwan, Ishwar and Parmehswar. Some time they think that Bhagwan, Ishwar and Parmehswar all are synonyms. But that's not true, actually all these three are much different in meaning. In vedas, upanishad and Puranas, meaning is written for these word. Even these words also describes their name self. Only need to under stand the word and conjugational meaning  of word. Here, Bhagwan means the great person who born from Vagina. In Sanskrit,     Vagina is also called as Bhag. Normally, all human being and other living creature born through Vagina (Bhag). But among these normal human being and living creature who ever is great and extraordinary. That person is depicted as Bhagwan. That why, Krishna, Ram, Parshuram are depicted as Bhagwan. In puranas, it has been described that after death, soul is taking birth in different yonis. These yonis are described as 1 lakh yonis are there. Here yoni mean taking birth in any form of living creature either human, fly, mosquitos, dog, horse or snake etc. The creature who have not born from Vagina but having human body somehow and having extraordinary things are also depicted as Bhagwan like narshing and Varaha.

And meaning of Ishwar is different from Bhagwan. Ishwar means master in some part. Ishwar means to control something and having power to control that area. For example, Agni is god of fire can be called as ishwar because Agni can contolled and ignite fire. Pawan is god of Air, is similarly may called as ishwar because he has controlled and regulate any kind of air. Other ishwar are Kuber (God of wealth), Yama (God of death), Shani (God of justice).
Now we will focus on meaning of Parmeshwar. Parmeshwara means master of all master. This is the supreme soul. He is real almighty. All these ishwaras means master of some parts are controlled by only one great master. That single great master is depicted as Parmehswar. There is two form of a great master means Parmeshwar. One is nirankar form means without shape and second is saakar form means with shape.    Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva are the saakar forms of great master (Parmeshwar). They are not depicted as Bhagwan. But some people's describes them as Bhagwan, even these three having divine body. These three never take birth at any time and they will never die at any time. Hence they are called as Parmeshwar. All bhagwanas and ishwaras have to changes there body at specific interval of time. But Parmeshwar never do this at any time.

What is actual meaning of Ahimsa (Non Violence)

In whole world, india is famous for adopting the policy for Ahimsa. Many Philosopher and thinkers give their view points related to Non violence. They says that india got independence under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi, who follow the path of non violence. For the independence of India, different peoples give their different point of view. Here that is not the matter of discussion here. But we will discuss on path of non violence. As you all know, Gandhiji had an only weapon to defeat Britishers.

In ashtanga yog ( eight part of yog),  Ahimsa (non violence ) is considered under Niyam, second part of Yog. In vedas and upanishad, Jain and Buddhism books, it is advise to obey Ahimsa (non violence). Generally, it is considered that not killing any living things is called Ahimsa (non violence). But it is not true completely.
According to dharma shastra and niti shastra, killing any living being without any reason is know as Hinsa (Violence). With some most essential reason, kill living beings can't be called as Hinsa (Violence) either for treatment, to safe owns life or anothers life, or to safe the life of peoples. Ahimsa taught by Mahatma Gandhi is a partial and one part of understanding. Hinduism don't supports such types of non violence. Suppose a highly carnivorous animal like Tiger, Lion, Panther, Crocodile or python attack on any human being. Is it possible to show non violence thing to those highly carnivorous animal. So for saving the life of own, that men must kill that high carnivorous animal. That is the only dharma (Duty). But there if some is killing goat, rabbit, bird for medicinal purpose. Then she should kill that animal or bird on behalf of the dharma niti. For survival purpose, if some one is not getting any food to consume. So he can kill and feed on that animal meat. Dharma says to safe owns life first and then after other.

Krishna, Ved vyasa, Ram, Vashistha and even Parshuram didnt follow the path of Ahimsa as described by Mahatma Gandhi. While Lord Krishna was know as Yogeshwar means the greatest among the yogi. He had killed many asuras (Demon) and Human being for protection society. As I said above, Ahimsa (Non Violence) must be followed to get success in yogik path, other wise no can get success. So it is the matter to evaluate that then how Yogeshwar Krishna, Ram and Parshuram get yogic achievement, because they have killed many demons and Human to protect society. Definitely they had followed the path of Ahimsa (Non Violence). But not that type of Ahimsa as described and taught by Mahatma Gandhi. Ahimsa as suggested by Gandhiji made weak to Hinduism and Indian society. So don't get confuse for Ahimsa (Non Violence).

Thank You

Why Purified water like RO filtration water should not be consumed daily and what are the disadvantages.

As we know that water is most essential thing on earth to sustain life. On earth , no any living being can survive without water. Hence, water is the most required thing on earth. In India, peoples were drinking normal water, getting from underground source and floating stream. That time, environment was pure and healthy. Due to modernisation, pollution has created life threatening cases for living being. Because due to increase in industrialisation and facility, an evil is called as pollution has came in to existence. Pollution has disturbed the all biological factors of living being.

Generally for human being, consuming clean natural water is big problem. With that many branded companies are stood for marketing there water system product. And peoples are ready to purchase these product from market. Demand of various types of RO system in the market is more. Peoples are continuously adopting such water purification system and use to drink such purified water. Due to lack of knowledge for health, peoples don't know, how such purified water is harmful to human health. For human being, normal water received from nature is much better for health. Question is here, how the purified water is harmful for health. Some essential minerals are most required for human body which generally obtained from ground water. So these essential minerals   are removed by RO treatment and cation and anion exchangers. Even these minerals are not obtained in regular diet.  Due to lack of essential minerals, various diseases are caused.

Another thing is that, by water purification system, basic normal flora means essential micro organisms are removed by RO treatment, UV treatment, Ozonization, Chlorination etc. In purified water, essential micro organisms are found approximately absent. So the regular drinkers of these types of purified water having weak immunity. And they fail ill. Even a normal micro organisms can make to suffer a mild infectious disease. I had read in immunology in my 3rd year of college that if a body is exposed to any antigen then a body will develop immunity by generating antibodies in body against those antigen. But if a living body is not exposed to antigen of micro organism and suddenly attacked by micro organism. Then the living body may adversely fall ill and suffer from heavy infection.

Boiled water is much better than purified water. Because presence of living micro organism will be almost nil by boiling water at 100 degree celcius. But antigen of killed micro organism remain present in boiled water. So the chances to cause disease become zero and immunity of body increases. The body don't loss his immune response ability.

What is the meaning of Celibacy

According to Hindu mythology, Celibacy is most important thing to achieve spiritual upliftment. It is almost all scripture describes that Celibacy is most important thing to gain spiritual upliftment. Either vedas, puran or upanishad describes the same thing. In Sanskrit Celibacy is called as Brahmacharya mean who follow the way of Braham (Soul). In simple Hindi sentence it is said as "Jo brahma ka acharan karta he wohi Brahmachary he". On external view, if sperm is not allowed to release in to external environment is know as Brahmacharya. Yes, some part of this thought is true but can't be said complete truth. Some of the peoples also says that complete control over the sexual activities by mind or physically is known as Brahmacharya. Even it is very difficult to do for all the person. In Hindu scriptures, it is mentioned as Brahmacharya are of three type. Those are Good type (Pratham koti), Better type (Dwitiya Koti) and Best type (Uttama Koti). Good type Brahmacharya (Celibacy) is obeyed by married only. Married persons are also called Brahmachary and they are only allowed to intercourse with married partner. So those married person is also able to achieve spiritual upliftment. Better type are the kind of Brahmacharya, in which Brahmachari person has  to strongly control over the sense and have to throw out all sexual desire from mind and activities. There is no place to full fill their sexual desire in any way. Even they shouldn,t imagine about the sexual thought. Because by imagination also, a Brahmachari may fail to practice Celibacy (Brahmacharya). Sperm may come out from body during urination or dreaming at night. So it is very difficult to practice. In mahabharata, Bhisma was the similar type of Brahmachari. In Best type Celibacy (Brahmacharya), Brahmachari has to make sexual energy flow toward upward side means toward Shashrar chakra. Normally sexual energy is considered as most powerful energy in the universe by our ancient saint and rishis. Hence the process to bring this energy from lower side to upward is called URDHGAMAN. Generally, Sexual energy is flowed toward down side and exhaust. Due to this, the energy is lost and not being able to gain spiritual upliftment. Various URDHGAMAN (energy flow toward upside) process is mentioned in Yoga marg by meditation practice and in tantrik marg. Urdhagaman (Upward flow) method is different in both Yoga and tantrik method. Among two path of tantrik, Dakshin marg and Vam marg, Vam marg is the way, in which sex is compulsory required and Female companion is must. But sperm ejaculation is not allowed and even they are called as Brahmacharya.

A thought on national anthem of India

A national anthem of any nation brings patriotism in heart of citizen of that nation. It increases proudness for his nation and unite the nation. Similarly, JAN GAN MANA is a national anthem of india, which increases patriotism in Indian people. There was a biggest controversy for national anthem of india. Generally, there is no controversy but such a controversy is created by some people. Generally, some Indian peoples consider that Mr. Ravindra nath tagore had written for praising and impressing Mr. George V of British empire. But it was not true. Yes, It was sang as a Wel coming song for George V, when he was arrived to India. I have a question for those people, who think that JAN GANA MANA was written and Sang for praising George V. My question is why Mr. Tagore wrote this song in Bengali. He could write this in english which can Mr. George V understood. Some people will reply that it was the introduction song with Indian people that india people could know their emperor. Then my second question is then why it was written in Bengali and he could write it in Hindi. In those days, majority of indian peoples were speaking Hindi. For creating controversy, there is a reason. 80% of peoples were in side to make Vande Mataram as national anthem of india. But that time government, announced Jana gana mana as national anthem. Hence, Some people created controversy due to this. When it was written by Mr. Tagore, it just was a feeling to write. I want say what is the meaning of national anthem Jana gang mana. From many years, india was intruded by various people but couldn't be succeeded to destroy culture and out traditional ethics. After many years intrudes and slavery, Tagore writes to exult the creater of fate of india, because after a long time of slavery, indian culture, moral values and traditional ethics were not affected by this. Another way, we can say that revolutionaries were the creater of fate for this nation india, who brought into freedom from 100 year of slavery. Therefore they are the real creater of fate of India. Even I am in support to make Vande Mataram as national anthem. Our revolutionaries were the creater of fate of this nation. Vande mataram

Why cow is considered as Mother in Hinduism

In Hinduism, Cow is considered as mother. Many non Hindus and some Hindus also questions why Hindus considers Cow as mother. Behind this consideration various reasons are there. For example, when child is born, if mother dies due to some reason at the time of birth or mother is not capable to feed her child. In that case Ayurveda prescribes feed on Cow milk. Because Cow milk is easy to digest. and the child doesn't get any harm effect. That's why cow is considered as mother. In other aspects of Ayurveda, cow milk have complete medicinal properties. These medicinal properties in cow milk are capable to cure  100 of diseases. As a mother care for her child and provides her all kind of facilities. Similarly cow provides many types of required things to human. As per Hindu mythology, during samudra manthana (Churning of ocean), a cow came out named as kamdhenu. Kamdhenu means who can fulfill wishes of other. So cow is worshiped as kamdhenu on later stage. As per today's, logical science, it is proved that every things that cow discharges out side are most useful things. Cow dunks are used in burning as fuel or like gobaar gas. Hence cow is considered as mother. In vedas cow milk is considered as amrita (after drinking this immortality is achieved). The life becomes longer. According to Vedas and Puranas, 33 crores God and Godess are located in different part of Cow's body. Hence cow is worshiable by Hindus. Now a days various scientific results are available and says to consume cow milk product and urine. In Ayurveda, it is prescribed to consume cow urine which cures thousands of diseases. On the basis of research, it is found that cow urine is very helpful to cure cancer. In Sanskrit, cancer disease is called as Karkat rog . It means ancient rishis were well familiar with cancer and knew to cure cancer in any stage. According to mythological bases and Vastu sastra . Where Cow's are kept and served as mother. At that location, Laxmi (Godess of wealth), Saraswati (Godess of Knowledge) and other gods get stable and provides divinity and spirituality. Thousands of advantages are there because of cows

What is Shiva linga and Why Hindus worship it

In Hindu religion, All Hindus worship Shivaling. What is the mystery is behind the shivaling. Both Hindus and Non Hindus don't know clearly about Shivaling. Worshiping Shipling is first started by tantrik followers. Then it is accepted by Vedic followers. According to Sanskrit language ling means Penis. Shiva linga mean the Penis of Almighty or God or Supreme power of universe. Shiva ling look like a linear circular stone like a male Penis and circular shape around that stone is look like women's vagina. According to Tantric or Vedic culture, we are living in sexual universe. We all creature increase our population by sexual activity by two opposite sex. Similarly, tantrik and Vedik people's thought that universe is made up of Brahma and Maya. Brahma is God or almighty, nirgun Nirankar (No quality and no shape). Maya is false thing, if create illusions, name Maya it self denote illusion. Black stone is a symbolic representation of God. Supreme power God is considered as male. And Maya is considered as female. Circular loop like formation around the linear circular stone is the symbolic representation of women. It's look like vagina. In Hinduism, it is considered that only God has not created this universe. It is created by both God (Shiva or Brahma) and Godess (Shakti or Maya). As both are not separated but both are complimentary. As Sun can't be separated without rays, heat can't be separated from fire, coldness can't be separated from Ice. Similarly Shakti can't be separated from Shiva. In tantrik text, it is also described that God (Shiva) is nothing without Godess (Shakti). It is considered soul as brahma and human body is as Maya. Without body, soul can't complete his activity. It was always mysterious for all that why Shiva linga is worshiped. All we know without mixing of two things. We can't make another thing. Without sex between male and female, a new child can't take birth. Hari OM

Education in India

The education system in India is in worst condition now days. Thousands to Lakhs of schools are available in India. Even then schools are not able to teach there student moral values of life, Social ethics and Social responsibilities. It seems that machines are being programmed in some software company to get job and earn money. Other than that there is no meaning of education setin today's life. I see a father on saying to his child that go school and study. One day you will get good job and will enjoy a good life. Then I get to know that some Robots are being programmed in Indian school. Why that father didn't say to his child. If you will study then you become good human being, and you will be responsible citizen of your nation. Now a days, educated people's are using that kind of language to speak with their elder and parents. A moral value person must guess him as illiterate. Generally, uneducated people's respect more to educated people's but educated people's are not using respectful language to communicate with peoples. When a moral value persons shows mirror to these educated peoples. They answer it as modernization.

In Indian schools, if technical educations are being given as per the requirement of society and modernization. Similarly, morality and good behavior must be build in school student. At the lower age, they tried to learn everything what they get from surroundings.

Education as a business in india.
When indian government is trying to increase literacy rate. During this private school colleges are growing like business in cities. In rural areas of India, where peoples are fighting to earn their livlihood. In urban cities, Private school and colleges are established to grow business. It is a kind of business to make black money white. These private school and colleges are only for name sake because in these schools, only the children from rich or middle class families are studying. Private schools are imposing heavy monthly fees on these students. Private schools have started a competition to present their school a best school in town. Private schools show them self as they are getting 100% result in annual examination. Which is not in real. Private school select student during admission on basis of merit list. Then what about low percentage mark student. Where they will study. Some parents having wrong thinking about the school that private schools are providing better education than the government school. In schools now a days, school are forcing their student to achieve higher percentage mark instead of learning.

Medium of education:
Philosophers has said that students are the future of any nation. If good guidance and teaching is provided then it will be a co-operation in development of nation. But for the development of nation, medium of language must be in mother tongue. In India English is more respectful language than any other Indian language. I think, most Indian parents are confuse and illusioned that if their child studies in English medium then it is good for their child career and upliftment. But it is wrong, language is just a medium of communication. That's it. Education means all about gaining knowledge, not important what language a student speaking. In foreign countries like China, Japan, Russia, and Korea, medium of teaching is their mother tongue only. English is not allowed there. Some people will say for Science student who are going to be a doctor, an engineer or Scientitist must know English and English is required. Then I have  question for them that in China, Japan, Russia and Korea, don't they have doctor, engineer or scientist. They have. Even they are doing good for their nation than any Indian. In their country higher education are given in their mother tongue. All medical, engineering and all other higher education must be given in Hindi and other Indian languages.

Why Hindus worship and believe in multigod.

As we know that Hinduism is world's most ancient religion in world. Many other religion people question Hindu that why Hindus have faith in multi god. And even some Hindus, who don't know about their own religion and not follows Hinduism, answer it incorrectly. Because they don't know how to practice Hinduism. In reality, Hindus are the worshiper of one god and also have faith in one. In vedas, it said that "Eko brahma dvitiya nasti" means there is only one Brahma (Supreme almighty) and second is no one. Then a question arises why Hindus worships many god. I have perfect answer for this that in Vedas OM is the first and prime name of almighty.
In vedas, OM is described as nirankar Brahma. The meaning of nirankar in Sanskrit who don't have Shape. The word OM is made up of three letters A, U and M. A denotes Beggining, Creation, birth or generation mean Prajapati Brahma, U denotes sustaining, stability, development and Operation means Lord Vishnu, M denotes last, end, destruction, and death mean Lord Shiva. OM is sound and vibrational that Sounds in Universe continuously. This nirankar shaped into Sakar Brahma in form of Prajapati Brahma the creater of universe, Lord Vishnu the operater of universe and Lord Shiva is destructed of universe. In Hinduism, it is considered that nirankar brahma (Unshaped god) is one but they worship Sakar brahma (Shaped god) in different form of similar nirankar Brahma. These three gods are main base of other. Other gods are the some incarnation of these three mool Brahma. These sakar Brahma having the same quality of supreme nirankar Brahma. As fire birth from fire having the quality of fire only. So there is no different between in Nirankar Brahma and Sakara Brahma. For example- if some one is continuously eating one kind of dish, if some one listen one song continuously, if some one living in one house not changing his location or some one reading one book continuously. Obiously that men will get bore and he will not get plesurable taste from that food, he can enjoy that song any more and he cant feel pleasurable in that location. Similarly, if any Hindu worships a single sakar brahm then she must be get bored. That's why Hindu worship various God. These sakar brahm represnt s various quality of that supreme Nirankar braham. Brahma having creation power, Vishnu having operating or sustaining power and Shiva having destruction power. Similarly other God and godess are worshiped with various purpose to full fill worldly desires. Always world people want fto ull fill only 4 things. That are  dharm (correct duty), artha (wealth) Kama (desire) and moksh (free from birth cycle). All things are possible through sakar Brahma only. Nirankar Brahma only can give moksha. Hindus are the believer of one God in different form. It can be proved by one example that is Vedic mantras. All Vedic mantras starts with OM. Either it is om namah sivaya or om namo narayanaya. Either gayatri mantra " Om bhurbhuva swaha tatsavidur varenyam bhargo devasya dhimahi dhiyo yo Naha prachodayat or mrityunjay mantra " Om trayambakam yaza mahe sugandhim pusti vardhanam urva ruka miba bandhanaat mrityurmukhsiya mamritaat.

Various sampradayas are make to devote specific God as Vaishnav sampradayas people's are called Vaishnav. They are the devotees of Lord Vishnu. Shaiva sampradaya people's are the devotees of Shiva. Ganpatya sampradaya people's are the devotees of Ganesh. Sakta sampradaya people's are the devotees of mother Shakti Durga or Kali or any form of it. Sourya sampradaya people's are the devotees of Surya (Sun). Even some sampradayas are there who are the devotees of Nirankar for examples: Mahima dharm generally found in state of odisha and near by States. At last I will say Hindus are worshipers of only one God. Who has made this universe.

India 2016

After the independence of 68 year, India is suffering with many conflicts and problems. Now a days, Kanhaiya kumar , a leader of NSUI from Jawaharlal Neheru University. Student rise anti-national slogan against India. It was much painful for me, being an indian and also for my patriot brothers. Those student are forgetting that Crore Indians are paying tax to government. And same government using those tax money in JNU type universities for poor student to make them educated like Kanhaiya Kumar. Even then Kanhaiya Kumar with some student rise anti-national slogan in the land of India. If it would happen in ancient king rule or monarchy rule. Then Surely I can say that these students head must have been removed from body by kings order. With that ,Our great politician from National congress party, AAP and Communist party of India. They support these anti-national students and say this is the right to speech according to Indian constitution. I don't understand what is the exact meaning of right to speech. If I am a son and I am abusing my parents. Will this behavior will be called as morality. Definitely No, similarly, in a democratic nation right to speech indicate Citizen has all power. But right to speech freedom must be bordelined as per my point of view and other person. Our electronic media and print media both didn't analysed the incident and support JNU student with closed eye.In a democratic nation, media play a very important and crucial role and it is considered as 4th pillar of democratic nation. Even if these media channels shows anti-national activity as right thing and described it as there right against India and Indian government . Then media channels must be ashamed on them shelves. Only they work to increase TRP. Educated peoples says that these are the war of thoughts. I know that there is different type of people having different opinion but a real patriot never can abuse his mother land. We well know that communist were main helpers of British in British rule. JNU students are politically guided to do such things against BJP government or can be said modi government. If such anti-national slogans are continuously started in Indian university like JNU, Jadhavpur university, Aligarh Muslim universities or any. Then Our Indian army may loss his confidence and courage. Indian army has to decide who are the real enemies. They are who are living across the border or those peoples who are living in their own. country rising voice against the nation saying "Bharat tere honge hajar tukade". I must say Indian army should cut their tongue who are rising anti-national slogans. On shadow of democracy, such peoples are getting advantage and even then rising anti slogan. Sloganing like " tum kitne Afzal maroge, ghar ghar se Afzal nikalega. Means directly they are challenging Judiciary system of India. With this our some news channels and news papers describe the video as doctorated. When Zee news had shown right and correct videos. Even forensic lab had certified the video as real and not doctorates and also supreme court has accepted it as real. It means some anti-national peoples must working behind these news channels and news papers. Pakistan or any terrorist groups may working behind all this activity. They are targeting political parties like congress, TMC, Communist, BSP etc. After anti-sloganing from JNU campus police was not allowed to enter into JNU campus. What the hell system India is following. Anti-sloganing are happening university administration is not allowing police to enter into campus . Those students live more than 2days in campus. Delhi police arrest them after they surrendered. I can guess that how these anti-national thought are being cultivated in mind of students. As we know if leaves of tree has infection then root of trees might be infected. Some lecturer must be there that they are feeding anti national thought to student. One of them, I see on TV and Social media Nivedita Menon. If I say in Hindi for this lady. Khayenge Hindustan ka gun gayenge Pakistan ka. This lady having thought of communist. This lady say on her interview that India has forcibly occupied on Kashmir and forcibly occupied Nagaland by throwing bomb on it. This lady is living and working in india, and Indian government paying salary to this lady. And saying against India. This types of peoples must not be allowed to live in India or they must be killed by punishing. Otherwise, such peoples are more dangerous for future of India. As Supreme court has warned during hearing of Kanhaiya Kumar. That first infected organs are treated with proper medicine. If it is not succeeds then some time a serious amputation is required.

Islam in India and World

India is a world's one of the big nation with largest population. The big nation and having republic in the world. Islam is second largest population of India after Hindu population. In Indian politics, after 68 years of independence in Indian History. A political party BJP get the mandate. Shri Narendra modi ji become Prime Minister of India. In public, many peoples claims on BJP that BJP never wants to give any special position to any Muslim and BJP have not given any ticket to any Muslim candidate in any ruling state. People and Media always know that BJP supports Hinduvadi thoughts. In my point of view, it is true that BJP is Hindu supported party. And not want to provide any platform to any Muslim politician. It is known to everyone in world. What activities are happening in name of Jihad by Muslims. Every one know about them. From western part to eatern part of world, all nation hate muslim community except muslim nations. In India, Similarly Hindus donot want to allow islam to spread more and displace indias root religion Hinduism. Otherwise, Muslim majority will increase and later they will rule india. They will not allow to live any other religion people to live in India. Islamic History is visible to everyone in the world that they cann't adjust themself to any other religion. Mughal empire is established by Mongolians. The word Mughal comes from a country called Mongolia. A Muslim emperor of Mongolia Changez Khan defeated many wars by cheating and had done many cruel wars. From similar Genes mughal empire established. Because of Islamic History and their ancesters like Babar & Auranzeb, Who mercylessly kill many Hindus and destroyed their temples. That's why, Hindu can love Zorastrians but mainly they hate Muslim. Jaziya was the tax, that was imposed on Hindus. According to Quran, All peoples must be invited toward Islam neither kill them. If it is not able to kill them. Then those non-muslims have to pay jaziya in Islamic empire. In any country, state or place, where Muslims are in low majority, there they start to show their universal brotherhood & where they are in majority they forcibly start Sheriyat law and invite other religious peoples to accept Islam. In Indian History, Pakistan is a actual example to see. In undevided India, Hindus were in majority in west Punjab (Now Pakistan). With time majority of Hindus were replaced by majority of Muslims. So they demanded for new nation like Pakistan. Another example is Kashmir, Where Kashmir Brahmans are aborigine of Kashmir. They are devotees of Mahakali. Now Muslims are in majority in Kashmir. They displaced Brahman communities due to their cruelty. Brahman didn't feel that they are safe in Kashmir. Hence, they are demanding for new nation or they want be added as a Pakistani nations. Toleration capacity can't be seen in the blood of Islam. In world history, it can be seen that Islam is spread by their cruel nature. For example, Zorastrian (Parsi)  are aborigine of Irans, Afghani were Hindu. Egypt, Greek were non-muslim country. I believe that there is only Islamic region is UAE. Muslims are aborigine of Saudi Arab. In India Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan citizens all are converted. They all are Hindus by their blood and genetically. Either they believe or not. Jai Mahakaal

Thank You
