Why Hindus follows Mrutyu Sutak (Death Ritual Unhygienic conditions) ?
Hindu follow some rituals after the death of any Human being. That is called as Mrityu Sutak (Death ritual).

Hence, the infection in family peoples of that death peoples are monitored upto 12 days. In olden days, there was no facilities to detect epidemic diseases and hence, such methods was being used to stop prevention of epidemic disease. Then a question arises in mind, then why it is followed for all kinds of death like accidental, endemic diseases and natural death. Here is the answer, in all kinds of diseases, immunity of human body get reduced and there is the probability to be infected by epidemic diseases.
Then another question arises, why it is followed only upto 12 days. In olden day, the incubation period of any diseases in human body was considered as approximately 12 days ( According to modern science incubation period may be more or less related to various diseases).

In any Hindu worship, Why filled water pot is worshipped first (Kalash Sthapan and Pooja)
Now I will explain, why it is worshipped and what is the reason to worship. Filled water pot is a symbolic form of mother earth and on its various part diifferent type of God are called and worshipped. Base of filled water pot signifies the grass land of earth, hence rice crop, paddy crop or maize crops are placed with some soil on the area, then after clay pot or any metal pots like silver, copper, brass etc is placed. Then water is completely filled up to the opening of clay pot which indicate that interior parts of earth having lots of water and mother earth has capability to store water.
In Hindu ritual, placing and worshiping of filled water pot is called as "KALASH STHAPAN".
During placing of Kalash area by keeping some crop of rice, paddy aur maize, first mantra is chanted as "Bhu rasi, Bhumi rasi........." to worship supportness of mother earth (Adhara Shakti). During filling if water, seven holy rivers are called into kalasha with God Varuna (God of water).
Kalash is worshipped to enhance the "Dhara Shakti" means supportive power. Without supportive power, nothing can be happen. Without strengthening the base of a building, you can't built upper part of building. Hence, to get success in worship or anything, support power is to be worshipped first. This way mother earth is symbolically worshipped.

Concept of Rebirth in Shrimad Bhagwat Gita on the ground of Science

In science chapter of thermodynamic, we have studied a law that "Energy in the universe neither be created nor be destroyed but can be transformed from one form of energy to another form. In Bhagwat geeta same law is explained as "Soul never had birth any time in past nor will die any time in future, but every time soul hold a new body like changing of cloth". Every time body dies but soul remain as it is. Soul is eternal.
Here, I want say that when a living body do movement for any activity. It mean body has some energy and when body dies, no activity is performed by body. It meant body loss the energy. So directly we can say, soul in living body is a kind of energy. If the law of thermodynamic is true in basis of science. Then we also can rebirth concept is also true.
In universe, everything has mass and on duration of time that mass body losses in the form of energy to the universe and returns back to existence in another mass form. According to Einstein's Law of relativity, everything that have mass, that thing must have energy.
